Jake Doilney Owner/Broker/REALTOR™ I pride my business relationships on customer service, honesty, integrity, and detail. I know and love the Park City lifestyle and have experienced it from so many different angles. I have the Park City history, educational experience, and work experience to be the most effective Realtor to suit your needs. My core values and my Park City real estate knowledge were learned right here in Park City: Little did I know in 1974, but curiousity was about to lead me into a treasure chest of adventure. I spent many years exploring Park City’s “gems” including the mountains, wildlife, beautiful and diverse seasons, Park City Ski Area, swamps of Park Meadows, and hollowed out buildings and trains in Old Town. As a kid I felt keenly excited to explore and learn everything I could about my wonderful natural surroundings. This exploration was scented with the smell of sawdust. At construction sites in upper and lower Deer Valley, Park Meadows, Thaynes Canyon, Old Town, and Prospector, I listened intently to my uncle and dad talk about building and selling property. I studied the detail of Prospector, Park Meadows, and Thaynes Canyon subdivision plat maps in my dad’s office imagining what these areas would become one day. Real estate became a part of my life, and, little did I know at the time, it was already a part of my DNA. All along I was extremely dedicated to school (K-12 all spent in Park City public schools) and ski racing. Hard work and training led me to the top level in both areas including the US Alpine Ski Championships at 16 years old. A serious knee injury at 17 made a difficult choice simple for me and I was off to Stanford University. I missed Park City: the seasons, the small town, the mountains, and the tightly knit community feeling. I eventually came back to my roots, joining my uncle and dad in building and selling over 700 homes in various neighborhoods, including Pinebrook Cottages, Pinebrook Pointe, Blackhawk Station, Trout Creek Townhomes, and Newpark. During these years, my core values of honesty and integrity were solidified. I developed a finer appreciation for detail and I carried enthusiasm to work everyday, finding property for many people who became friends for life. Park City has impacted me on so many different levels. I can share this experience with you in your search for the right place; I am excited to help you create your own Park City memories.
Cindy Stoltman, ABR™ REALTOR™ Real estate has always been a passion of mine. Simply put, I love what I do and, more importantly, the people I meet along the way. I am dedicated to helping clients buy and sell property. My job is to listen and understand the needs and goals of my clients. Having successfully completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation, I was awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR™) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS™, joining a select group of real estate professionals in North America. In addition, utilizing the skills acquired over an 18-year period as a legal assistant/paralegal in both transactional real estate matters and litigation have served me well in my real estate career. As a Buyer’s Agent, I want to help you define your parameters and plan a strategy to assist you in finding the ideal property. With insightful market knowledge, a full-time commitment to you, the ability to handle the legal & technical details, open lines of communication, attention to detail/follow-through and, most importantly, a relationship built on trust, I will assist and guide you through a stress-free real estate transaction As a Seller’s Agent, I have represented not only the developer of Glenwild, an exclusive 950 acre private, gated golf course community, but also owners of both homes and vacant land in and around Park City. You can rely on my expertise in pricing your property, making connections with REALTORS™ working with Buyers, arranging and being present at showings, holding open houses and coordinating with other professionals in the sales process. The best part of my job is the connection I feel to the people I’m helping and I’m happy to say many wonderful friendships have been formed as a result. Serving in the local community is important to me and I am proud to serve on the Park City Board of Realtors Philanthropic Committee and am Co-Chair of the Procurement Committee for the Luxury Home Tour Live & Silent Auction which benefits Peace House, a shelter for victims of domestic violence, serving Summit & Wasatch Counties. My husband Tom & I moved to Park City with our two daughters, Kristen and Kelly, seventeen years ago from Southern California. We are happy we have had the opportunity to live the Park City lifestyle. I hope I can help you do the same!

His passion for life, and people combined with his professional skill sets have proven to be a great asset for his business and clients. My objective is for you to purchase or sell your property for the best value possible, to provide you with informative answers so we can be decisive and use our time effectively, to foresee how you want your lifestyle to be, and create a trust and respect for each other that goes far beyond the transaction that brought us together.
